Mr. Ma demonstrates his determination to serve Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) for years.  He has been invited as the Chairman of Customer Liaison Group for SMEs, Trade and Industry Department and the Committee Member of Small & Medium Enterprises Committee.   He has been elected as the Chairman of the SME Committee of Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (2006-2009).  He is also a Committee Member of HKGCC’s China Committee.  He actively participated at the Trade & Industry Department (HKSAR) SME Development Fund Vetting Committee Member.

Mr. Ma is also involved in community services.  He has been the Member of Companies Registry Customer Liaison Group, Education Bureau Curriculum Development Council and Public Libraries Advisory Committee.
