              On behalf of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, I am pleased to invite the Asian Licensing              Association as one of the supporting organisations (支持單位) of the SmartHK, to be held from 27 - 28 May 2015                   in Jinan, Shandong Province.

Shandong province’s GDP ranked the third in China and it’s also the second largest consumer market in             China which accounts for 9.3% of the national total. As a key driver of the national industrial output and economic advancement, Shandong enterprises’ are keen on “Transform & Upgrade轉型升級” and “Going out走出去”,                  such momentum poses bountiful opportunities for Hong Kong service providers to tap the business opportunities in       Northern China region.

Following the success of the previous editions, SmartHK will continue to promote the excellence of Hong          Kong's services and technology sectors through exhibition, CEO Forum, thematic seminars as well as a series of       business matching and networking activities.  Mainland enterprises would get more insight through these events to               learn how Hong Kong services could help them on the process of industry upgrading and innovation.

              We cordially invite your association to support this major industry event by acting as our supporting            organisation.  We would appreciate if you could assist in the following areas:

Ÿ    The association participates as exhibitor to promote respective sector;

Ÿ    Help to engage members to join the exhibition and form a group pavilion (special package is enclosed);

Ÿ    Promote the event via association websites/e-news/activities;

Ÿ    Invite the association’s contacts on the Chinese mainland to visit the event.
